แก้ไข lib/generate-order-number.js เปลี่ยน logic จาก lastnumber+1 + SET เป็น INCR (atomic) เพื่อป้องกัน web_order_no ซ้ำกรณี concurrent request พร้อม sync DB->Redis ก่อน INCR
