Description
1. กด clear search แล้วเคลียร์ filter ไม่หมด เหลือ start month , end month ไม่เคลียร์ให้
2. ที่ช่อง search machine : มี drop down machine ให้เลือกแค่ 4 ตัว แต่ record ใน db มีมากกว่า 4 ตามนี้ (แนบรูป)
