Description
- แสดง noti ของแต่ละวัน DATE = CURRENT_DATE
- สรุปสั้นๆ สิ่งที่ต้องทำ:- สร้างตาราง notify_log
- หลัง Part Ship — นับ part_stock_item ที่ status='STOCK' → ถ้า < min → INSERT
- หลัง Stock-In — ถ้า stock กลับ >= min → UPDATE is_resolved = true (ยังไม่มีfeatureนี้)
- API GET /notify-log/unseen
- Frontend เปลี่ยนจาก localStorage → poll API ทุก 1 นาที
